"Stopped in on my way across the country when I had a fuel injector fail in my 4runner. They didn't have the part I needed, but they reached out to a local mechanic who had just worked on a similar 4runner and really went out of their way to help me out. It was so nice to experience this level of humanity that is so rare anymore."
