"Currently staying with this hotel and got a pull out couch and queen bed. We needed pillows for the pull out couch as well as a sheet and blanket. I go downstairs too ask and the guy tells me a pull out couch doesn’t get pillows or a blanket. Only beds do. But a pull out couch is a bed. Do not stay here. It might look nice but it’s horrible. If I could give a zero star I would"
"Reserved for two beds, was given room with one double and a pull out couch. Told no two bed rooms available, despite my reservation. The door had a gap that admitted light and noise. The mattress for the pull out sofa was horrible, uncomfortable, uneven springs poking me. Slept poorly Website talked about amenities and "free hot breakfast." Instant oatmeal and a paper cup, but no soon to stir up or eat it. I expected a plate, glass, a little silverware in the room..nada. The place was clean, the staff pleasant, but reality was a couple of notches short of what the website suggests. Pet fee was $25 a night and I couldn't find that info anywhere on the website. The location was great for my purposes, easy to find and access. I've seen worse, but I expected better. Won't stay here again."
"Payed for a non smoking room just to have to be in a room that reeks of cigarettes, or whatever…you can tell they don’t clean, kitchen is dirty, when I asked for spray, they don’t have spray, the room is fine, couldn’t get into another room so I had to deal with this disgusting odor for the weekend. I went and bought spray of my own, and that didn’t help not one bit it stinks. Wish housekeeping would do their job. There is no way they didn’t smell this Oder when they walked in."
"This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. Please do not stay here. The front desk lady was so rude and unprofessional. When we arrived they messed up our reservations and when we were trying to figure out why the lady told us we don’t have to stay there. We had dead cockroaches in every cabinet in that room. And the room didn’t even look clean. Just smelled like animals and a ton of Lysol. As soon as we walked in we saw one moving around on the wall. It was just not good. You are definitely getting what you pay for."
