"First of all, the associates at this place need to learn how to talk to customers instead of hanging up when you don’t have an answer. Absolutely the worst ability to retain customers, considering the sneak around insurance policies. Can’t seem to get anyone to give us a straight answer concerning our “policy” and our claims needs. If you are going to sell insurance policies-do that, don’t act like a used car salesman and swindle people without giving them all the information. I previously had a small nobody company with very affordable deductibles and when we sold that house, they worked with us and got the roof replaced with minimal need from our end, and took no time at all to get approved. But a big name company that has supposedly “seen a thing or two” apparently didn’t learn anything from it."
