Farmers Insurance - Alan Bradshaw

"Luke is arrogant and could care less about his customers. We had 2 sedans paying about 190$ bought a truck in June and went up to 250$ (understandable) in august they said they were going to increase us over $50 by email. No call or anything. We started talking to Luke and he said “well used car prices went up” ??… what. Our cars are worth less than when we bought them. Anyway he tried avoiding us and we pinned him down in person. He gave us a salesman pitch and said we have been shopping but if they can match State Farm we’ll stay loyal. Nothing. He was rude and quite literally pointed to a back door for us to leave after we said sorry we’re going to have to go with a different company. We said “well hold on we don’t want to get charged your higher rate tomorrow are you going to take us off and cancel our policy?” He said yes you will be taken off and not charged… today we were charged 300$…."
