"My fiancé stayed this post on this behalf: "There were people downstairs making noise, my neighbor some how thought it was me. At 3AM front desk called me, then people banged on my door later, think it was the cops, after the front desk confirmed it wasnt me cause i obviously just woke up. The coffee was disgusting, I didnt get any compensation for being disturbed at 3 AM while I make a cross country trip. When I told them at the front desk at check out, they didn't even bother to listen they just said sorry before I can finish and gave me a receipt." Hotel itself was decent."

"My child stayed here for a band trip and said it was a nice hotel. Why I am writing a review, however, is because of how the staff treated us after his stay. He left something behind in his room that was important to himself and they did not hesitate to mail us the item right away. We received the left-behind item within 24 hours. I appreciated their willingness to promptly help us out. We are very grateful."
