"They do not have housekeeping on-site if you stay a week. Nobody brings towels. Nobody comes at all. If you try to check out early, they will not give you a refund because they do not staff. Housekeeping is what they told me."
"Hotel is right off the highway. Pull up rooms w/doors outside. Man who checked me in was SUPER POLITE N CORDIAL. Got there at like 2am. Told me if I wanted I could stay till 12pm for checkout next day. Asked for a 2 queen room but was given a 1 King Bed Rm. Looked like it had 2 beds at one point but..... Wasnt a very updated room, lots of duct tape on cords n plug ins. Tub was all faded n chipped up. Toilet seat was faded n worn. Bed had clean sheets n was fairly comfy. Doors locked n was not too noisey. Pretty quiet area for the most part. Was exhausted and just needed a shower n bed.. It provided that!! Check out ladies were also friendly. Told us about restaurant adjoining the hotel."
"We reserved a king bed room, we were given a double queen room. We tried to get the room we reserved the manager told us they don't have king rooms but yet it's on the website that they do. The TV wouldn't come on called office manager came and fixed we said what did you do cause will have same problem in morning, he ignored the question. Had to call office again following morning cause tv wouldn't work, lady came and fixed it. Beds were clean and comfortable but small for what we reserved."
"Rhonda is awesome, checking in is easy, rooms have always been clean I’ve only ever had an issue with the A/C not cooling the room down. But overall quiet clean place and the restaurant is great The best thing is they are pet friendly although even though my dog is a registered service animal they do not recognize his “ type “ of service."
"A person's experience is up to the person experiencing. Mine was better than a good one. Staff was very thoughtful and considerate. The treatment to me and Foxie was exceptional. Even though she was full of puppy mischief. The Branding Iron on site. I appreciated having that fresh breakfast."
