"Devin up front was super fast got us in a room without a reservation and was super friendly. Rooms were clean and well stocked. 10/10 will go again."
"The bathroom smelled musty, there was blood on the shower curtain and there was no hand soap. The sign in the lobby says breakfast is at 6am, it’s at 7am. When we pointed it out she said they couldn’t take it down because it would leave a big hole. I am pretty sure Hilton/Hampton inn can spring for a new sign. The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable."
"My family stayed here last weekend. They had to be moved to a different room after check in because of a bad smell in room. They were moved to a different room and they stayed two nights. They did not have hot water to shower in either night and the pool was out of order. Hampton should do better."
"I can’t even begin to say how dissatisfied we were… from the pictures we saw on google the place looked fantastic… what we went into it felt like we were staying at a motel 8 and I am sure motel 8 is a little nicer… The door frame as picture was cracked.. our bathroom light went out the second night there… the pool was out of service… the room looked nasty… the walls/fridge were dirty… the bathtub drained super slow… the phones in the room were broken… overall a huge let down for a Hampton…not to mention all we heard ALL night long was people stomping their feet and dragging things around.. the worst 3 night at a “hotel”…the breakfast was mid but the service was fantastic! The lady working the breakfast area was super friendly. The front desk folks weren’t so much….Awesome location as is close to many places to eat and near by town. I felt like we overpaid for the condition/service this place was in… we will never stay here again… and if I were you your better off staying at holiday inn."
"Food was poor staff didn’t keep things stocked, service was fine and pool has been shut down for a long time. Then, when I received a survey asking about the experience I gave them three out of five stars, explaining, they wrote me back telling me I was no longer welcome to stay at the hotel due to the survey results. So bizarre, what is the point of a survey?"
