"We did our first Mommy + Me Move class with Kelley today and it was amazing! This is the perfect class for Mommy and toddler. Kelley moved at my pace and was so sweet to my son. She's so kind and laid back. The kids are able to do movements with mom, dance, play with balls/blocks and run around the room. It was a blast and I got a really great workout. We can't wait for the next 3 classes!"

"Don’t hesitate to check out Pivotal Movement Studio if you are in the North Texas area!!! It’s a very clean and welcoming environment and there are mats and equipment available even if you are just passing through town. Check out the different class schedules on the website but I have to admit the weekday yoga classes are my favorite! Kelley is so positive and works with the needs of your body. Come try some movement and your body will definitely thank you after!"
