Rachel's cueing was impeccable, making it easy for both beginners and experienced yogis to follow along. She had a soothing and clear voice that guided us through each pose and transition, allowing for a deep and mindful practice. Her instructions were concise, yet detailed enough to ensure proper alignment and safety. What truly stood out was her talent for crafting sequences that seamlessly flowed from one pose to the next.
