"Nice fields, but would be nicer with real grass and dirt."

"This turf field is situated in the middle of nowhere between two fields. Seriously, they are crop fields not vacant lots. If you need to go to the restroom get ready for a hike. Parking is a joke, as you are required to park alongside a narrow road. The infield turf is good, but the outfield grass needs some care. The gravel around the stands is more like chunky rocks. Walk with caution. I watched two people roll their ankles on missteps. I don't know why we keep getting tournaments here. It looks like someone had a good idea and ran out of money or desire."

"The baseball field has very limited parking. They definitely need to invest in some concrete work, the gravel pathways and parking lots are not great. There is zero shade for the players since the dugouts are uncovered."

"Great facility. 20 wide & tall indoor tunnels. Great practice fields. Parking can be tight, but I've never not found a space. Excellent instructors based here as well."

"This place sucks. The walkways are muddy, there is no seating and the parking situation is deplorable. There are so many great baseball facilities in the DFW area, but this isn’t one of them."
