"I have home and car insurance through Taylor Moore and have used them for a long time. Just recently, I went through the process to purchase a new vehicle. Kelsey was so helpful and helped me get everything in place to purchase my vehicle. She was quick and efficient! They are amazing people to work with and will do anything to help you! I highly recommend them!!"

"They have been nothing but a headache. Overcharged me hundreds of dollars, sent me 'risk of cancelation' letters every month saying I owed them money when I was on monthly Autopay, and were charging me late fees every single month wrongly. I had called at least 2 dozen times to ask why these things were happening, Rob and Taylor assured every single time that they just had some kind of glitch in their system, that I didn't need to worry about it or owe them any money. It took a year of them lying to me, defrauding me, and changing their story around to finally realize they had been overcharging every single month, lying about it, and somehow they canceled my policy after saying that I had owed them over $200 from when I INITALLY opened the policy a year prior, which they had confirmed multiple times over that year that I didn't actually owe anything. Now I'm dealing with the fallout from my credit being impacted by debt, to not having home or auto insurance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Other employees even admitted to me on the phone that Rob was a negligent employee, and that Taylor didn't keep track of these situations where customers had trouble with them. Most dishonest scammers you'd ever do business with"
