Little did I know that it would be one of my best insurance moves. They helped me get discounts the previous agency had overlooked. All the staff are friendly. I especially want to call out Kim Banks. Whether dealing with Kim in person, by phone, or by email, she is always pleasant and very efficient. She is also always willing to answer questions and make recommendations. Including recognizing the discounts above I didn't know of. Or recommending an umbrella policy that helped lower other policy's prices. Over the last few years, almost every insurance brand in Oklahoma has called, believing they will lower my rates.
