Taco Darlin is a chef-driven taco spot located on Kell West Boulevard in Wichita Falls, Texas. We specialize in gourmet tacos for dine-in and carry-out, as well as offering family meals and alcohol to go through our convenient drive-thru. Our unique and eclectic style and cuisine can also be brought to your next event with our catering service, offering a variety of options from simple displays to full-service buffets.
Founded by Tagan, a mother with a passion for creating fast and delicious family meals, Taco Darlin is the result of her successful food truck, The Gypsy Kit. With multiple competition wins and different concepts under their belt, Tagan and her crew have returned to their roots with the focus on serving up some truly "BAD ASS Tacos." "This place is hands down one of the best places to eat in Wichita Falls! I have since moved and now live 7 hrs away and stopping in for a bite to eat is always at the very top of my agenda list when visiting. I have eaten here multiple times! The food is amazing and so is the service! My favorite taco is the chicken elote taco! Also pro tip think ahead and save room for an amazing milkshake at the end for dessert. I’ve had them all you can’t go wrong with any decision. Great place for families (with littles, stroller room and clean space in the bathroom for diaper changes) and larger groups too, they have accommodating spaces!"
"Loved this place! The Cuban taco and bacon ranch cheddar fries were soo good. The parmesan fries weren't my favorite but everything else was delicious! They have awesome desserts and I can't wait to go back and try different things. Definitely worth checking out"
"We - a party of 3 - dined here on the 11th of July 2023. Entering the establishment you feel a good vibe. This feels like a good place to be. The service is observant, polite and professional. The menu is interesting and there’s a lot of good food to choose from - and a nice collection of soft drinks, wine, beer and cocktails. We all ordered three tacos each - and shared some fries. The was extraordinary good food - really tasty and exciting to dig in. Probably the most interesting and best-tasting tacos I have had in a restaurant. Definitely a place we’ll visit again. On a lesser good note is the crickets in the ladies’ restroom. Could have been cleaned a bit better. Overall experience: Really nice."
