"I highly recommend to avoid this location This used to be a great location. However it is abysmal now. Corners and windows are very dirty and dusty. Only the table tops were clean, with the floor under the tables being unkempt. Very unfriendly staff, rushed throughout my whole order. Then my name was spelled wrong even after I spelled it for them, the whole staff laughed like it was a joke making it seem intentional."

"Employees are SO UNFRIENDLY!! I walked in for mobile order, no acknowledgment and when I picked it up and said thank you no acknowledgment. I hope the owner of this franchise realizes that your staff is going to run your customers off. This is not the first time this location has been rude but you always try to give them the benefit of the doubt that they are busy or having a bad day. Today not a single person was in the store, drive thru was busy, but not a single word or even eye contact. I hope you will talk to your staff and make them realize they have a job because of the customers, so treat the customers with common courtesy."

"Was very busy in drive through so I went inside, very easy and fast. They made my royal English breakfast quick, it was perfect temp, and exactly what I wanted. Im not one to care either way but They are very festive inside. It's not everybody's jam, so if it's not, you might just use the drive through."
