"I cannot express how frustrated I am. I spent three hours here, one of which was in a room with no toys with an active two year old only to have not seen the doctor yet. I received false promises that the doctor would be in shortly several times. My son quickly grew hungry and frustrated as I with the environment produced: if they were this far behind, I would have appreciated knowing so in advance with the opportunity to reschedule. I'm at the brink of tears thinking that this is closet place that will see my son because of his age, an hour and a half away from our home."
