"My wife and daughter had the good fortune to have Elisa as our guide in Valencia. She picked us up in the morning promptly from our hotel, and with her driver we headed out to the fabulous underground river for which Valencia is famous. Elisa gave us running commentary on the way there, such as the history of some of the castles on the way and the communities they supported. We even learned that the famous Valencia oranges, massive groves of which were seen on our drive, actually came originally from California. Elisa accompanied us on the tour of the underground river caves and enriched us with supplementary information beyond that which the boatman provided. Incidentally, I would highly recommend this adventure. Once back in town, Elisa gave us a terrific walking tour with history of the various churches, monuments, etc, and she couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. She had some wonderful stories of the Jewish history of Valencia, both before and after the Inquisition of 1492. Couldn't recommend her more highly. A great day spent in Valencia."
