"I admire what this group does and want to support it but was so annoyed by the badgering by the staff because I could not remember what ports we visited on our Caribbean cruises from 2 years ago. If you go there and have gone out of the US, make sure you know exactly where and when and for how long. I guess I should be impressed with their due diligence but ended up leaving the facility without donating. There was a report of a short supply of 1 or 2 day so I just wanted to make a donation to help out like I have done many times before for other groups in the past. In the future, I hope to find another place to donate."
"My Red Cross blood drive was cancelled, so I stopped in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon. Everyone was super nice and efficient. Snacks were high quality!"
"I was asked to leave the facility after Greg Abbott lifted the mask mandate and I cant wear a mask due to breathing issues. Lost my business. P.S. Not a sign in sight that stated masks are required. I was sitting in a corner with Nobody near me, waiting on my wife to give blood."
