"They may be ok. Not so much for us. Took my aunt in for hearing aid evaluation. After 2 hours we were told, yes she needs hearing aids, make another appointment for hearing aid evaluation. Hey. That is what we came for. They are only in it to making money off medicare . Come again - make another appointment. No thanks"

"Over Three years ago: Great experience with Dr. Prestridge but the most terrible experience with audiology there. Took over a month to get an appointment. They were insistent regarding the 8:30 AM appointment even with me living out of town. I showed up promptly for that appointment. After waiting I was told that all the audiologists were out. An audiologist came in later but said she did not feel well. She appeared to steer me toward expensive hearing aids and did not know about insurance. I felt very frustrated and called their manager about my terrible experience. I then went to Livingston hearing Center and had an uplifting experience.. I was seen promptly. My insurance was used. I was set up with a loan provider with affordable payments. I am able to continue having hearing aids adjusted when needed. The hearing institute's bad service motivated me to find a better provider who would treat me as a person and not just ears! I am glad I shopped for better services."

"Karen is extremely knowledgable and a joy to have as my audiologist. She gets the programming right the first time, is caring, and takes her time. I never feel rushed. I highly recommend her."

"I have been extremely happy with my experiences with the Hearing Institute. I have Meniere's Disease in both ears, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jerry Giles, Tammie Franklin and Pam Bender. They are all true professionals and they know their stuff. I'm thankful for having this group in Wichita Falls."
