"Zero stars if possible. Unhelpful, rude. Wouldn't accept a return because the item wasn't purchased with their location. The entire reason I went there was because the other location and online were sold out of the product. The product I bought had been used. I would think that any business selling an used product would be eager to fix the issue regardless of if that item was purchased at another location. Complete waste of space. What is even the point of this location?"

"The staff never actually spoke to me so I guess it would be unfair to say they were rude but there were several other people in the Sephora section with me and the 2 staff members were behind the registers scrolling on their phones. I actually did need help but I didn't want to disrupt them."
