"I agree with what Tabitha Dooley said below and will add that the competence of care providers and staff we have experienced is very low. We have probably been seen here 8-10 time and it’s really low quality of service and at least perceived competence from the nurse practitioners we have seen. Of course this is my opinion, there are better options for your healthcare."

"I went in bc of a extremely hard fall to the concrete over a week ago. I figured since it had been a week and still painful to put weight on it it was time to go in. They first refused service bc they didn't know how to do a workman's comp claim. Then the doctor I saw after going back 3 times and making the girl at the desk talk to the claims person released me back to work not the day of service. Not to mention my whole job is manual labor. I pick up heavy machines, bend, kneel and everything else. But she release me back to work the day before I was even seen. Seen on the 30th release back to work the 29th. Xrays show no broken bones. Great! Bc I could of swore there was something chipped in there. After being told by 3 different people no one working there can read the xray exams they get sent to a different location to be seen by professionals this doctor Kim comes and says all checked out fine. She diagnoses with a sprain. Lol I didn't sprain anything. It was the impact of the bone to the pavement. So I got seen by another doctor that sees soft tissue damage and there's a lot of it. You don't release people back to work and misdiagnosis them. It's a liability risk big time. So after telling her every restriction she put checked on my release back to work is everything my job consist of but you signed off I'm good to go but I know without a doubt there's something going on in there bc I know my body and I literally NEVER get hurt or been hospitalized for anything so I knew there's damage so I went to another doctor that knows what their doing. I don't recommend thus place to anyone. It's like a bunch of just graduated high school people working here that have not a clue what their doing. I definitely would not bring my kids here. Their reviews are absolutely horrible. In the end I have torn ligaments and a torn tendon. According to them ALOT of people have this condition and don't have insurance so they just deal with it for years until they have money to pay for the surgery. Lol.like what? Have you ever known a labor worker doing strenuous work with a bad knee saving up to have surgery? All I could do was shake my head and feel bad for any child getting care from them that's probably been misdiagnosed hundreds of patients. They need to get it together that's for sure."

"Unfortunately, after several visits that went well we can no longer recommend this clinic after our experience today. We had an appointment at 12:30, was not seen by the provider until 1:45. We were being seen for a follow up to a previously diagnosed condition. We seen a new provider who completely disregarded the previous diagnosis & wants to treat for something new. It was impossible to communicate with the provider. Also, if you have a question it’s impossible to reach the office. It directs you to their cooperate office. I spoke with Bree today in the cooperate. Although she was very nice she was unable to help. When she could not reach the Coweta location by phone to get my questions answered. The whole experience was very disappointing considering this urgent care has been our first choice since it has opened."

"I went in earlier this week and the building felt aesthetically pleasing and clean. I may have experienced a long wait; however, the staff was helpful and tried their best to get me in within a timely manner. The blonde receptionist, I believe his name was Kaleb, was respectful and checked in a couple times. I appreciated his attentiveness to each of the people waiting. The woman who led me back, Sarah, had good energy. She was a very charismatic person. I always feel unnerved in medical facilities and she made it more bearable. The one complaint I have with this facility was their lack of resources, I believe that with the proper amount of workers and resources it would have moved faster.
