"The website says opens at 8 AM, however, they leave the lines on a voicemail. I called another unit that could not help us with my husband’s medical situation because that doctor was fully booked. So, the BA clinic called me after 5:30h saying there is one “busy” receptionist. We could use our insurance - void the co-payment and use the family doctor instead of going somewhere. I told both clinics I had a bad experience over the phone and I would leave a Google review."

"Nearly 4 years ago I made the decision to switch to Remedy Health for my primary doctor. That has been the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Sudduth and his staff is not just amazing but the best. I have never had such good care as I do with them. I’m not a number with them; I’m a patient with real feelings and a name. Jerra and Hannah are the best. I love seeing their smiling faces when I go in. It’s also nice to be able to have your doctor available all the time. I’ve had to message my doctor numerous times at night and on a weekend. I always get a response in a timely manner."

"This is the way all healthcare should be. The doctors are so nice and take their time with you, you never feel that they are in a hurry to get to the next person. My appointment was on time also so this taking time with patients is not at the expense of schedule. I recently had an experience where my allergies were acting up badly within 3 minutes of me describing my problem in the app the doctor called me and within 5 minutes total I had a script for medication. This is by far the most efficient I have ever heard of any doctors office operating and to get a call from the doctor absolutely astonished me. I am now a believer in this style of care."

"Remedy health is the best clinic I have ever been to. The staff is fantastic, super friendly and helpful. Being able to contact MY doctor when I need him has never been easier. Using a direct care clinic in our current economic times is definitely the way to go. Dr Macias has been my doctors for years so when he told me he was moving I moved with him. He’s always taken great care of me. He listens and takes time to explain why he is suggesting a certain test or medication. He encourages you to read up on the information he’s giving so you can make an informed decision about your health. He takes the time to get to know his patients. This comes in very handy when it is time to stop assuming if the hoof beats are horses and start looking for zebras. I cannot say enough great things about Dr Macias and the staff at remedy health!"

"Our insurance recently changed to Remedy Health and they have handled the transition so accurate and smoothly. The office staff seems very organized and well trained and not to mention friendly too!! Such a delight. I had a visit with Dr Jason Macias, and I was very impressed with his professionalism and he seems like a very caring doctor as well. Excited to see what this year brings as far as medical concerns. The Remedy office in Broken Arrow will also be caring for my husband and 2 young adults. If your looking for a new place to go, this could be it!!"
