"Dr Draelos was unprofessional and rude. He did a thyroid ultrasound and couldn’t find what needed to be biopsied. Another assistant came in and found the nodule, pictured and measured to show him. He said he still couldn’t see it so he wasn’t going to do it. Asked how concerned i was and said i was extremely concerned and thats why i wanted the biopsy and he didn’t take it into consideration. I asked if he didn’t want to nor was able to do my biopsy i could get referred to another clinic, he got upset and said the appointment was over and basically kicked us out and i was shown my way out. He NEVER asked for a follow up nor gave me a summary of what could happen following up, yes in the medical notes stated i was given instructions and an appointment in 3 months for a follow up appointment."

"The office has really went downhill Lori the office manager always says she’ll get back with and don’t, then the referral lady she’s always on a call with a patient but yet never answers calls or returns them the pharmacist faxed the office a week ago. No accountability and poor leadership."

"Everyone was so kind and understanding. They were all very thorough with their questions about my health history. Dr. Draelos was very patient and considerate with my thyroid biopsy. I was SO nervous but everyone tried to put me at ease. I’m very grateful I was referred here. ETA: Well…I have left several messages with my contact information and not a single callback yet…On different peoples’ voicemail. I was supposed to be on a new type of thyroid medication and I haven’t been. I was called soon after I edited my review and the prescription was called in immediately so I’m glad they finally reached out to me. I will also say that their waiting area is very lovely."

"First off, I want to say that Dr Drealos is a fantastic thorough doctor. He really listened, answered questions, & really seemed to care. All these negative reviews seem to be with his staff which isnt really fair to him. I've had doctors in the past that have had really bad bedside manners, didn't answer questions, & didn't seem to care. Please keep that in mind when choosing this doctor. If you don't receive a call back to schedule an appointment, be proactive and call this office back, it's worth it. There might be some hiccups with the staffing, but once you get in to see Dr Drealos, his expertise is worth the wait. I went in to see him for a second opinion and I trust him 100%, whereas the first doctor I saw left me feeling uneasy because he refused to answer any questions until I ran blood tests, etc. Dr Drealos was happy to answer all questions I had. Also remember, people are more apt to leave bad reviews than good reviews."
