"I went in for an ear infection. The first lady that came in was very helpful and said they were going to try an ear wash But it could be painful and they would stop If it became too painful. Second nurse came in to do the ear wash And started squirting, high-pressure water into my Infected ear… I immediately started crying, and after about two minutes, I asked her to stop, she Said “we just have to keep going” And kept yelling at me to “ hold still” I would Flinch a little, and she would grab my face and hold it, digging her fingernails into my head. She was extremely rude and just straight up mean."
"The office staff was very kind and thorough. We were able to get an appointment online quickly, total time at the office was less than an hour! We will definitely continue to use Xpress urgent care."
"100% by far the rudest front desk lady i have ever met ( brown curly hair with wrinkles) . dirty looks, attitude and just miserable to deal with. shouted across the room (my sick son and i were sitting by the door) that since i didn’t complete the registration that she was gonna send it to me again. why couldn’t she have called me up there to say that instead of yelling across the room for the 4 other people to hear then look directly at me. not personable at all and definitely not a comforting person to deal with when you’re sick or have a sick baby. absolutely pathetic and she should not be employed at a place like this that requires customer service. do not recommend and we will drive to edmond next time."
"I was super impressed and everyone there was amazing ,the flat fee price was so so good compared to Urgent Care or walk in prices I am used to. The care was outstanding and most professional !!! The friendliest , kindest staff imaginable. Each So helpful. So refreshing when you're sick to start with. You all are a lucky( or God blessed ) town to have this facility available ."
