"We have been taking our Teddy to SAHO for going on four years now and can't recommend them enough. Teddy is NOT an easy patient, and is extremely anxious about the vet. However, Dr. Walsh and his staff have been nothing but kind and patient. Through trial and error, we have been able to work out a pre-visit anti-anxiety regimen that has made the visits much more tolerable for Teddy, and less stressful for us. During these visits, Dr. Walsh always makes sure to take the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all our questions, and never gives the impression of being too busy for you."
"If you plan to board, ask for the tour to know what size and area you are comfortable with. Our baby girl Ellie loves her grooms here and the vet staff and whole staff are so friendly and welcoming. We had to do emergency boarding after a flood and Miss Ellie seemed very happy however she did catch kennel cough (yes she was vaccinated for it prior). Slow recovery but wonderful loving staff. She still has some lingering respiratory issues months later from her battle. We will upgrade to the patio kennel next time to keep her more isolated and protected."
