"Dr. Taylor is amazing and cares for the patient a lot. He takes the time to explain to you the treatment options and answers all your questions fully. During the follow-up visits, he takes his time to explain to you at what stage in the recovery process you are and does not rush at all. I have seen other doctors that seems like they have a timer in their pocket and are quick to dismiss you because they got to move on to the next task/patient."

"Dr Taylor was excellent is explaining my surgery options & maneuvering my scheduling constraints. He explained the surgery & recovery timeframe & process and made me feel even more confident about my surgeon choice. The wait time however was excessive. It seems disrespectful for office staff not to notify patients when wait time anticipated to exceed 30-45 minutes"
