"I started HRT through Diversity right as they'd opened. I want to give more stars because they're very nice and do many great things for the community, however starting my second month the doctor they worked with began delaying my prescription. At first, it would be a few days. Then a week. Two. Three. In January, I went an entire month without hormones and my pharmacy had to contact them to obtain the prescription. It wasnt until we contacted them that we were told the doctor no longer worked there and that they would send a list of other doctors. I'm disappointed, because getting such neglect from a doctor who knows the struggles of trans people was a punch to the gut and if done to any other patients could have if not did cause harm."
