"One of your representatives at the front desk that works a Sunday day shift said that they would send my prescription to CVS which had been originally sent to the wrong pharmacy. I come back to the pharmacy three hours later, and they did not have it in their system, they said that It was never sent over, I called back to see what happened and the second shift representative said that the first person actually the actually clocked out, and did not do anything. I literally have been waiting for hours to get to prescription filled and when I arrived at the pharmacy they didnt have it and it’s at another location. Terrible customer service. Why would you do that to someone who needs antibiotics, now I have to wait a whole day to start my medication!"

"Hate this location always get treated like garbage. Love the Norman location. Tried to get more gout medicine to prevent a flare up would not help me. Argued with the NP about where my back was hurting and whether it was pin in the bone of my spine or the muscles surrounding. How would I know right. Obviously upset that I challenged her. Had a sty in my eye that I wanted drops for but seemed to think flushing it would be the way to go. Seemed like punishment for challenging her. Maybe not, but have 3 kids and am 49 years old and have gone in for this multiple times but usually just get eye drops and it clears up. So walked out and went elsewhere. Guess what got eye drops and it cleared up. Very Happy elsewhere."

"Arrived to the facility at 6:55pm. Was told upon walking in that they were “at their limit for walk-ins for the day.” There weee 2 cars in the parking lot upon our arrival and no one in the waiting room. There was nothing posted at the door or in the waiting room stating a cutoff for walk-ins. I was told, initially, that the medical stuff was involved in “procedures” that would take the of the evening. When pressing the issue the front desk person stated “well, they also have a lot of charting to still do.” I drove 30 minutes to the facility as it is the preferred provider for our health insurance. By the time I got off work and drove there it was that late. I didn’t not sit around all day waiting. I fully understand if I had walked into a packed waiting room, there having to be cut off for walk-ins. However, as I said above it was empty. As a healthcare employee, denying medical care so your staff can catch up on “charting” isn’t ethical. I will have to continue going to this facility in last resort options but will also be filing a formal complaint with our health insurance provider. We had no choice but to go back the next day because our pediatrician also couldn’t get us in and walked into a waiting room with 4-5 people. That didn’t look like it had been cleaned all day."

"Everyone I've encountered at Immediate Care has been awesome! I have been seen here a handful of times. I appreciate the time the provider spends with me.
