"Never can get a prescription refill called in on time. New meds they prescribe has no refills so that you have to come in and pay the co-pay just to get your meds. Life savings meds are not called in a timely manner. Now I have to wait till next wext because they are closed on Friday just to get her to call my insulin into the pharmacy. I'm really getting tired of this office. But one thing they do do without fail is get that co-pay."
