"The definition of excellence in health care! Let me explain... I am a recent college graduate with unsteady work due to covid stopping the entire world. I came to Variety Care Baptist Portland expecting good service; however, I was blown away with stellar service instead. I had an appointment last week that lasted over three hours. Not once did I feel like my time was not valued as every second was filled with doing something productive. I started with paying a small copay, and as my appointment unraveled and my history was taken, the providers quickly took note and acted accordingly to get me health insurance, see their nutritionist, and go above and beyond to take care of me. I was given many options for medications, and I saw their in-house insurance counselor that got me health insurance the same day! My co-pay was refunded due to qualifying for insurance as I am currently unemployed, and many times throughout my experience I was welcomed with a plethora of helpful resources. This place is super friendly to children or those who are expecting or wanting to expect as well. I highly recommend this place that is also Spanish-speaking friendly! Every staff member I have encountered via in-person or through the phone has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and sweet. The call-back time is super quick. The waiting area is super clean. I can only keep going with the compliments! I am super excited to come back to this clinic and highly recommend for anyone to come here. This has been the best healthcare experience I have ever received."
