"Pet Owners Beware! Today I took my mom’s cat to have her shaved due to excessive matts. The tech gave me a quote. When I picked up the cat the total due was $100 more than the quote. I questioned it and the vet came out and told me the extra charges were for her “professional opinion”/office visit. I agreed that she had a professional opinion but never listed her fee in the original quote. She explained to me that it was just an estimate, and they would never charge me more than the estimate without contacting me first. I was never contacted about additional fees. I told the vet that I agreed to the original quote. She then told me she would be happy to transfer my cat’s medical records anywhere I wanted them transferred. What a disappointment! The final bill was $250."
"We were very blessed to find this clinic 2 years ago. Dr. Morey and her team are top notch with care and communication. Our 2 year old male cat unfortunately faced a blocked bladder this week. Dr. Morey did everything she could to help him and when it turned to surgery she immediately made it possible and connected us to a vet surgeon and our cat was operated on within the hour. Dr. Morey continued to follow up with us even after we transferred his care for this particular medical situation. She will be the primary care vet for our cats for as long as possible. This place is really at the top of the class."
