"They purposely made me wait, 1 1/2 turned into damn near 4 hours for absolutely no reason.! Had to sit in a room for almost 2 hours waiting for absolutely no reason just to get told whether or not I failed a drug test that was tested on the spot so could've been told them! People who were after me were being seen and dismissed first! Horrible experience!"

"Two hours to submit medical information you already have, then another hour of waiting for a 5 minute exam inside the room. I missed a flight because of it. To be fair, I should have shown up at 8am instead of 10, but still it wasn't that crowded there. I'll be visiting elsewhere next time. Also, a phone call and an email Thursday both went unanswered until Monday, when I was already ironically sitting in the lobby. This was regarding medical records I needed/didn't need to bring with me. Luckily I figured the worst and obtained them beforehand and brought them with me. Thanks for nothing."

"I went for a drug test and an N-95 fit testing. The lady on the front gave me some papers for fill up for the but the second set of forms I couldn't understand at all. She asked if I had already filled them up and I said I didn't read it because I thought those forms weren't for me to fill up, and this is what she said "How will you know what they are if you haven't read them." I told her that there was a statement there that the forms would only be filled up by the clinician doing the test. She took the forms, looked at it. She never apologized. I had to talk to the Manager for this kind of behavior."

"I was isnturected to arrive at least ten minutes before 8 but they don’t actually unlock the doors until 8. I then sat in the waiting area for closer to Ann hour before anyone saw me. Eventually I stated that I would need to use the restroom soon and they decided to take me back rather than having my sample tossed out. I was told that I would. Be done by 9:30 it was closer to 11 by the time I actually left. There were some nice people doing my vision and hearing tests but aside from that it was a bit of a mess."

"Staff was quick and knowledgeable. Despite how many people they had coming in, they remembered everyone's name and coordinated the people walking in beautifully. I walked in, expecting to be there for at least an hour just for a TB blood titer sample. I did have to wait for 20 minutes, was taken back to get my blood drawn. The gentleman who stuck me was really nice and quick. I left utterly shocked with the professionalism, coordination skills, and the timing."
