"Pick a different place to do a sleep study. They tried to push the home sleep, study system they have. They talk it up a lot. I had to endure two nights with cords, hanging all over me, tape, wrapped around my finger, and two things shoved up my nostrils. After I brought the sleep study back. They called me and said that they were not able to record any of my data. Their machines are not very efficient and now I have to do two more nights of this. They just basically said “sorry”. I highly recommend going somewhere else."

"Absolutely the WORST! You may get a medical support for that visit but if there's actually something wrong with you, go elsewhere. We were happy for quick wellness visits with Schrader when our daughter was born until our she had an issue that was not taken seriously and went elsewhere. My mother, unfortunately, continued going here out of convenience. She had been seeing Malorie and was content with her. She kept going in over and over again for the same issue and wasn't getting better. Recently got covid, they made her take test each time she went in (knowing she had covid each time but wanted to confirm). She didn't know they were charging for it as most places would test for free. She asked for her medical records to send to another doctor. They lied and gave her the runaround so many times. Last person she spoke with said they won't give her medical records because she owes a balance. My mom is self pay and always pays at the end of the visit but they kept charging for tests without her knowledge. Cash pay gets a discount, they changed it to full price after the fact and now trying to harass her to pay. She kept calling to solve the issue and understand what/how.... they sent her to collections and will not speak to her. The level of petty, unprofessionalism and suspicious activity within this office is ridiculous and quite frankly unethical and illegal. Just do yourself a favor and find elsewhere!"

"I highly recommend Dr. Floyd, him and his staff are amazing. They take the time to listen and genuinely want to help you. They respond to messages in between visits. I couldn't ask for a better dr. The receptionist was also able to get me in very quickly even as a new patient."

"I get everyone has their moments, but Dr. Schrader has always been amazing with my whole family. He listens, he suggests and he solved a 10 year back problem no other dr could figure out. I saw maybe 10 specialists with no luck and he ran his hands over my back, pushed on the spot that hurt with me telling him, and said I had a rib head out. He popped it back and just like that, all better. I adore him and he is the kind of dr I had when I was little. The kind that would have done a house call for you. I’d ride into battle for him cause he’s amazing for my family."

"This clinic is great. I normally see Dr. Schrader, who is amazing! He really listens and I have never felt rushed. He is really compassionate. I have also seen Dr. Jackson, who is amazing too. She has messaged me outside of appointments to check up on me. This office staff is easy to message on their app and always answers questions and really goes out of their way to help. I would not go anywhere else."
