"I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Cosby & her team. They are always caring and open to listening to concerns. Her NP Candace is absolutely the best lactation consultant I ever used, giving me the tools to be successful. NP Kalei has great bedside manner and my kids love to see her. The nurses are so sweet and listen not only about what’s currently happening, but care about life in general. I always appreciate being able to get in same day and love having the reassurance there is an after hours page number for those after hours situations when you’re not sure what to do as a first time parent. We love Park Place!"

"I would not recommend this facility for anyone - the receptionist Kara is very rude, spiteful, condescending, and lacks the skills to diffuse a situation when dealing with the public. That's all she is, is a receptionist, not a doctor like she wants everyone to believe. She cannot answer questions and if the conversation goes south all she can say is, you can leave now before I call the police. I wanted to talk to the doctor and I did not want Kara's opinion, but she always has one and it usually is nothing like what the doctor will tell you. I've taken my kids and grandkids to Dr. Cosby for years but I will not ever go back until they get rid of the receptionist (Kara). I personally do not feel that they even deserve a 1 start."

"Love having my daughter come here. Very friendly staff, answers any questions I may have. Donna Cosby is very informative and she seems to really know what she’s doing and talking about for sure! Highly recommend! I was recommended to come here by a Nurse after I gave birth at the hospital. So glad I took her advice!"

"Dr. Cosby is so good I honestly can't believe any one could possibly rate her under a 5. I've never had a problem with her office staff either. Dr. Cosby has been responsive and attentive to all of my kids. When I tell people about some of the things she does (seeing after hours, etc.) they are always jealous that we have the best pediatrician ever."

"I'm tired of the receptionist's poor attitude and just crappy manners. She's curt, at best, and rude most of the time. When calling to get a copy of my daughters records, to attend nursing class, the answer we get is essentially that we will get them when we get them. It could take a couple weeks! Dr. Cosby has been great over the years, and I'm glad we found her for our kids, BUT it always seems like we were an inconvenience to this woman when checking in, or calling. If she hates her job this much, then it's time for a career change. My kids are all over 18 now, so once we get our records to their new PCP, it will be nice not having to put up with this. Good luck to everyone. The 2 stars is only to get people's attention, Dr. Cosby is worth 5. If I get a response to this I will be willing to delete or change."
