"Heartbroken. I took my 2 dogs there February 5th to board so I could go to Colorado to relocate. My dogs hadn't been there an hour and they lost one of them. The girl told me they took her to potty after she ate which was a lie because my dog I'd extremely nervous and she would not have ate that soon. When I got back to the office which was about 15 minutes after they called me the same girl and the guy that let her get loose were in the office instead of outside looking for her. Only 1 lady was in her truck getting ready to look for her. The other 2 started looking after I got there. My husband had to come back from Colorado and take off from his new job to help me look for her. I had to cancel my move.i couldn't refund anything because it was less than 24 hr notice. I had to cancel my job interview and my search for my house in Colorado. This has been a devastating life altering experience and all they say is they are sorry. I haven't slept in a week. And I had to stop taking my prescription medication because if I take that i can't drive around and look for my dog. I will say 1 lady in the office has tried to help us on her personal time. I do not want to throw her under the bus. And they told me the vets have looked between patients. My dog was a paying customer also and more needs to be done. The staff that let her go needs to be out there day and night until they find her .Going to shelters everyday like my husband has been doing and he drove from colorado to do it. My dog is out there somewhere scared and cold and she doesn't deserve this. I put her at the vet so I knew she would be safe and she wasnt."

"I always have a good experience at Pet Med. The staff are always friendly, courteous, & helpful. The doctors are thorough & are up to date with what is going on in the world of animals. In fact, I once had a dog with very itchy skin. My vet at that time could not solve the problem. Dr Pribil knew what to do right away. Dr Hufnagel is always willing to explain & answer my questions."

"Dr Hufnagel took his time with us, being our first visit, and explained every detail so we understood since we aren’t trained doctors. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and our dogs loved him not only for the treats he gave but the care he gave the most. He wasn’t pushing the most expensive option to us and truly showed he cares more about the well-being of our dogs than making $. He made sure we were happy multiple times before leaving and we understood all the medication and such he prescribed. Can’t wait for my other dogs teeth cleaning in a few weeks to see how much that helps!"

They also make sure they've explained everything and that you understand what's going on with your fur babies! Will answer any of your questions that you may need to know. Love this place!
