"Very nice. Helpful. About a 20 minute wait after they received call from doc office for 3 prescriptions for my husband; they didn't have one but called another CVS to transfer-fill it there. Great service!"
"Awful customer service. Hung up on me. Made my husband circle the drive through 2 times before telling him they didn’t even have the prescription in the pharmacy and sent it to to another pharmacy with out sending over insurance information and confronting him with a balance. When the prescription was ordered at 1:30 and no phone call was made to us to say that they didn’t have it at 6 pm!!!!"
"The absolute WORST pharmacy I’ve EVER been too. Horrible customer service! Always has a 15-30 min wait to pick up your scripts. Then by the time you get to the front(inside or drive thru) the …guess what?! They don’t have it ready and want you to come back hours later. I live ONE mile from this store and send my scripts to the one in mustang. 10 miles OUT of my way! ONE WAY! And they have the BEST pharmacy!!! I will NEVER be back to this store. Get better staff."
