"I got to say! I been to a lot of Whataburger's over the years especially moving from Texas. And this has to be one of the cleanest restaurants, not to mention the friendly staff! I don't know if it is like this all the time...but they definitely were on their A+ Game today! Not to mention the Store Manager was at the counter greeting everyone walking in, and hustling to the back making sure everyone was getting their food in a timely manner! Major PROPS TO ALL YOU TODAY!"
"Food is good, but I did an online order, walked in, and went right to the online pickup instead of talking to the cashier and he got mad I didn't order or talk to him and he went to the kitchen and complained and said I'm being weird for just standing there not saying anything when I'm at the online pickup waiting for my food. After maybe 10-15 minutes after my food was already supposed to be out finally a woman came out and asked what I needed and I told her and she brought my food out and apologized and the man who was rude just looked at me with disgust and went back into the kitchen like nothing happened."
"Buyer Beware: This restaurant is a good place during the day, don’t eat here in the evening. We waited 45 minutes on our order. We finally had them refund our money and left. There were plenty of employees in the kitchen they just had a hard time getting food out. Several customers complained, but there was only a young girl on the floor. I hope they can get everything back on track. We did get free drinks!!! Update: the date this took place was on 12/18/23. Today 01/06/24 we have still not received our refund. No we didn’t get our food. Now I am on a mission to get the refund. No more Whataburger for us!!"
"The meal was great. Although I had ordered a sweet tea and I found chunks that looked like they hadn’t been cleaning out the sweet tea nozzles. Just beware!"
"They have the best cheeseburgers and fries in town at a great price. The food is fresh and never bad. The Cinnamon rolls are amazing and always fresh. The sweet tea is really good as well. I always stop by for a bite to eat when I'm in Claremore. There is no better place to get a great burger. Quick service."
