"Made an appointment before hand and did all my paperwork before as well, spent approximately 10 minutes in the waiting room and maybe 30 in the back, walked out with my child having a diagnosis of Flu B. Everyone was so polite and professional! Definitely will be going back with any ailments!"
"They got me in within 15 minutes, gave me a diagnosis and prescription 20 minutes later (great customer service all along the way) and sent me on my way with a prescription to resolve my illness. Super friendly, considerate and atty."
"They do not honor appointment times.I had a 1:30pm appointment and arrived at 1:06pm. As of 2:20pm, I still have not been seen, but they have taken 3 walk-ins ahead of me since 1:30pm, my appointment time. What is the point of making an appointment if it is not going to be honored? I had made another appointment for tomorrow which I cancelled. I will go to the ER. I can be in and out there before I am even seen at the urgent care."
"The nurse who took my vitals and swabbed me for the flu was nice. The Dr however was very unsympathetic and told me my test were negative so I must have a respiratory infection. Now I am pregnant but there's SOMETHING they could've given me. Instead she told me to go home and didn't give me anything. I'm still having trouble breathing and drowning in mucus with a sore throat. They didn't do jack for me whatsoever. I'm still miserable."
