And you were much older and should be ashamed of yourself talking about people like you did just because they put you in your place. Grow up!!!!!"

"WEATHERFORD, OKLAHOMA RED ROCK CRISIS UNIT does not follow HIPAA GUIDELINES nor HEALTH and HUMAN SAFETY GUIDELINES at all. The Mental Health Technicians (MHT team) doesn't clean and disinfect the showers after each client uses them, even if a client has FOOT FUNGUS, HIV, HEPATITIS or even uses the SHOWER AS A TOILET. Clients aren't told about nor offered the shower sandals that are there for them to use. I even tried to donate over 10 pairs of brand new sandals to add to their small collection of 4, but management refused to accept them. The laundry is washed together in the same load with cleaning rags that contain harmful chemicals. It's worse when they insist on making clientele reuse stained underwear right out of the same load... yes those soiled with feces and urine are mixed in with the bedding and towels. Very unsanitary - they insist on reusing cold dirty mop water to clean the floors at night, because it's easier than walking down two hallways to the maintenance room to dump out the old nasty water and replace with new hot water and floor cleaner. MHT's laugh at and express their hatred toward repeat clientele. Moreover during work hours the immature MHT's do research on clientele on the internet such as Facebook and talk among themselves regarding this or that person (while clientele are present or not). These immature MHT's love to gossip about every little thing including about each other behind their backs. They are all VERY MANIPULATIVE, CHILDISH, DISRESPECTFUL and SPITEFUL. As for the cook, Dee and one of the nurses they are the only down to earth kind souls. The worst person at Red Rock Crisis Center is a nurse named Kim (a short, fat, old woman with blond dyed hair and glasses), well she is very bitter, hateful, hostle, spiteful and ill mannered. I met with Mindy, the boss to discuss many issues including possible suggestions, enforcing rules and serious faults I hace personally witnessed; however, the MTS team was telling me the truth about her, "You'll get fired if you say anything. Mindy doesn't care about rules. She doesn't want to hear about any of it". AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!"

"I would recommend going somewhere else. They change appointments without telling you causing you to miss them. Mental health is important. How can you get help with it if you cannot ever actually get an appointment? This happened multiple times, not just once."

"Were not on time for my partner’s appointment, brought her in a HOUR late. Then proceeded to acted as if they had better things to do then assist her — to do their jobs. Find better healthcare."
