"I waited 15 minutes to be told “they dropped it” to then be served milk in a cup in place of a chocolate shake with banana topping and hot fudge. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy walk in the front doors or I’d be guilty of hating them."
"Let me start by saying the manager Casey should of never been put into that position he's very immature and overall disrespectful. Me and my wife stood in front of counter for 10 minutes as he walked around singing "I want you I need you oh God very loud over and over. Finally the other gentleman helped us. Then as soon as we ordered Casey jumped to the counter to help three girls not to mention gave away medium fries that nobody was claiming. This restaurant needs some serious help on nights and I'm sorry but he ain't the one I'll post pictures of this disgrace I will not be returning to this location even tho it's a block away from my home I'll go elsewhere.."
"This is how this Restaurant looked for Customers. Wow oh Wow. The manger Casey was running around yelling and singing. This is so unacceptable in my books Wow. What a disgusting and disrespectful to your customers. And all around just Nasty."
"We stopped in to get a gallon of milk and some burgers. Got to the counter, no one to assist. Hubby tapped on the counter 3 times, even asked for service of the two workers in the back. No one would come out, but did look at us. Finally, hubby got the attention of the grocery clerk, and asked for a manager. Guess there wasn't one around. He had been having a chat with security or someone. He came over, said he didn't work there but he'd be glad to take our money. Had the attitude of we were bothering him. We ordered our food and paid. While we were waiting a woman came in with her child, picked up from school. Then she started helping customers. If she had to pick up her child, someone should have been covering for her. You don't leave customers waiting at the counter, nor should employees ignore them. Work together as a team, help each other!"
"Usually have no issues at most Braum's locations, however unfortunately at this one- the service was poor, food was cold and the order was incorrect. The lobby was quite messy as were restrooms. Overall was disappointed with the service and quality of food here. If you're craving Braum's I'd definitely try a different location."
