"Go to Walmart better priced and you don't t have to walk to the back of the store to get to the monsters. friendly employees and better service worth the trip right down the street. Still got them monsters at the back of the store it ok I will keep giving employees attitude could all be over and easier if y'all just put the monsters in the front but I have been bring this up for over 6 months Evan talked to employees in the store and they said they don't Evan know why the monsters are in the back cause it makes no sense to them either so what is the point other than just making it harder on your guest."

"I love United they always have such a clean and organized store not to mention the best produce and meat selections. I would highly recommend visiting the store you will not be sorry and I promise it will become you favorite grocery store to shop and if you are looking for quality meats and produce make them your first and only stop. I want to also thank United for all the support they give out to our community they sponsor so many of our organizations in the community that really makes an impact to families in need. I would highly recommend that you make a visit to one of there store you won't regret it."

"This visit had everything i was looking for & great discounted porkchops as an extra little surprise!! Had all the sale items I wanted in stock. The cash register wasn't automatically applying the discounts for the sale items. The manager came over to apply them & told the cashier the system was down & not applying any credits or coupons. They had to be done manually. I bet there were a lot of shoppers in the last couple days that were expecting to get the sale prices on hams & other Easter dinner items, but if they weren't paying attention they didn't get them & the management didn't seem to care !"

"Top notched food store in Wichita Falls, Texas. Always well staffed and ready to help. Especially like the drug store; they don't argue with you about your insurance or low-cost help. They are a little out of our way, but worth it. The produce is usually better than the BIG stores WM, etc."

"Most recent Update : I haven't had any issues since. The employees are always courteous and the store is always clean and organized. I am updating my review because of the timely response from United. I really like this United. The employees are friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the store is always superb. The only issue I have ever had is the one described below. I am a frequent shopper. Thank you, United, for being great, again! Review for the Jacksboro Hwy United: The reason I only gave them 3 stars is because of price mix-ups. There were a couple of items on sale, but they rang up at regular price. I waited over 15 minutes while they sent two different employees at two separate times to go check the signs. The first employee they sent never came back. The items were in the sale ad that they had sitting at the register. I do understand they make mistakes, but three days later, these same items were still ringing up as regular price when they were still on sale. Watch for sale items to make sure you're getting them for the sale price!"
