"Took my daughter to get a cookie yesterday after visiting the Blue Zoo. After paying for our cookies, the staff member asked us to stay for a second and ran back into the back. He came back carrying 2 stuffed animals and asked her to pick out one as a gift, it was such a sweet, unexpected gesture and was a lovely way to end a wonderful day. I did not catch his name, but thank you for making our visit special"

"This location has gone down hill ever since they starting pressuring customers to give them a 18-20% tip just for buying a cookie. I no longer purchase their food, and I used to buy a lot of cookies and double doozies from them. Also, their employees have an attitude problem. They act like they can't stand their job or helping people, but then expect that tip. The food industry is not what it used to be."

"I am beyond satisfied with the way my son's birthday cake turned out! He was absolutely over the moon ecstatic. This definitely made his birthday complete. The cake decorator put in some serious work on this one. We took in a picture for reference just thinking the basics would be achieved, and she went above and beyond. I mean look at that detail, the reflection on the water. It was perfect!"
