Jack in the Box

"Ordered a garden salad. The salad was made up good. They didn't have no croutons. The fork and the ranch was just loose in the bag instead of in a bag like a little care package with the ranch the fork and the croutons I got a beard down to my chest how am I supposed to eat anything with ranch and not have napkins. Plus I don't like paying for something and not informed at all about what it's missing. 3 people just standing around when obviously the correct prep was not accomplished. Not good in my book. #2 went again today and same thing. No napkins, no croutons. I asked if their were napkins in the bag and oh yes I was told. Not a thing and my condiments were just tossed in the bag. I work hard and I actually bleed for money being a mechanic and to not get what i have paid for is so disrespectful. I will not be back to that store where employees can walk over and see their friends in the Drive-Thru and shoot at them with a finger gun while my order is being made and my order not be 100% I mean c'mon. To much playing. I will not be back to that store ever."

"I just wanted to let you know about my recent experience at your restaurant last night. It seems like the staff was not taking their job seriously and they were teenagers it was mostly 2 of them. They were making jokes, offering open bag of chip, and to top it off, it looked like someone had punched the bread in my order. Not only that, but the food I received was also cold. I hope you can address these issues and ensure better service in the future, don't get me wrong the food is good it was just the night staff.thanks for your attention to this matter"

"We were out trying to get some quick food and go home. The line was pretty short here, but we still spent 30 mins just to get to the speaker to order. Once we did, they asked for a moment, which is fine, but then I asked if we could have two separate orders. Keep in mind there was one car who had been in front of us and only one car behind us and no one in the lobby. The guy in front of us did not take not take half an hour to place his order. They did not allow us to place two orders because they were "too busy." We left to go somewhere else."

"I will never eat here..probably the cook don't work here no more but the manager could have cared less. A few years ago I ate here. My Facebook post went viral. I ordered food at 4am and I am not rude I'm sweet as can be. Nothing went wrong I got home and found a huge beetle in my burger. I took all the food back and they only gave me partial refund. It was like they didn't belive me. No will never come here"
