Carrabba's Italian Grill

"Upon entering we were being seated by a family of six. I asked if we could sit a table over and was told no. Our waitress said we could move later and we finally did after freezing where we were for 20 minutes. I’m not a happy person when I’m paying to eat and such simple requests are denied. I’ll NEVER EVER be back or in a Carrabba’s again. I recommend you find somewhere else to eat where they appreciate your business."

"Meeting friends at Carrabba's Italian Grill was a delight. We all first commented on the relaxing music that we didn't have to "talk over." The service was friendly. We were able to make some adjustments to our orders with no problems. The food was delicious and unique. We will be back to sample more of their good Italian food."

"I've gone here two times now. The cannoli cake is a must, and to die for! We have gotten the cake and the Tuscan Breadstick Tower each time. I got the Chicken Trio my first time and the Chicken Bryan (pictured) the 2nd time. The drinks were the holiday special with a take-home platic ornament, it has cranberry and rosemary in it, and was very sweet! Staff is great, very kind, and knowledgeable. Upscale environment, and a high price. Good for special occasions though!!"

"We had a nice waitress. The food was ok. Maybe we just went on an off night, but I was expecting better food. It is a chain. I will say our waitress was phenomenal!"

"I am not a big fan of Italian food. Pasta and tomato spaghetti sauce is boring. Pizza works occasionally. I do like chicken piccata. There is a dish that is even better at Carrabba’s, Chicken Bryan. I got hooked on it when we lived in Houston. It has been a little over four years since our last visit to Carrabba’s. The restaurant appears to have been remodeled since 2019. For a chain restaurant it is classy comfortable ambiance, with excellent food and service. Today, friendly Gabriela provided first class service. Chicken Bryan for me without hesitation. My wife had to ponder on the menu quite a while. She likes pasta. Her choice, the Chicken Marsala and a side of spaghetti. She got the minestrone soup and I had the salad with the house dressing. Chicken Bryan is a moist tender split chicken breast with a hint of wood smoke, lemon butter sauce, topped with a patty of savory, tangy rich goat cheese, tart dried tomatoes and the beautiful flavors of the fresh sweet basil. Every taste sensor in your mouth and olfactory will be entertained. The Chicken Marsala started with the same wood fired grilled chicken and topped with mushrooms and a Lombardo Marsala. My wife loved it along with the boring spaghetti. I will try not to let so much time pass, before my next visit.
