Sonic Drive-In

"Just a bunch if kids who could careless about serving the customer. I did an online order and put ASAP. Only car in the parking lot and it took 15 minutes to get a drink and cheddar peppers. The food was cold as well. It was a online app order and it showed the server was on his way. Took 8 minutes from when it said my food was being delivered until actually delivered. Poor management and service. 4:30 PM on 1/5/24."

"I'm obsessed with the pickle fries! I placed a mobile order for a large pickle fries and a large sprite zero with extra ice. It's my go to order. I check in and the menu board says "employees name" is on their way, super fast. But no one came for another 24 minutes. I got a large container with only a fourth maybe half full of soggy salty mushy pickle fries and a regular sprite (because their sprite zero was out but instead of informing me and me selecting a replacement they chose for me) with no ice. But pressing the red button to complain was futile because no one responded even though there was only 2 other cars in stalls and no one in drive thru. I cut my losses and left. I have refused to tip on the app before I get what I order anymore as a result. Trust issues lol"

"We pulled in & pushed the button to give our order. We waited. Waited.Waited. So, I finally just looked for a worker to come out to ask her what's taking so long. Guess that sign is broken now too,she said. We told her we just want 2 Halloween Blast! So,she went back in and we waited.Waited.waited again. She finally came out and said oh, sorry ur blast just decided to blow up all over. We laughed. We paid for the blast and left."

"From a very busy and frustrating day, decide to end it with a warm bite to eat. I pull in to sonic and notice the party melts are back. So excited I ordered one with my favorite drink. They wait wasn't too long but it didn't bother me being there weren't any people around. When I get my food, I decided to just go on in for the night. I get to my destination and bite my Party melt and it taste scorched. I open the sandwich and it's burnt and the sides are really hard. One side of it is edible with out the scorched taste. To top it off, when I went to wash down the scorch, I didn't get a straw either...Well there went my fun dinner. They have a really nice and clean dining area outside. I should have sat out there it would have been easier to address the issue, but it is so hard to get in and out of the area because of the traffic, I really don't want to go back about it. Better luck next time. Bummer Day Over."
