"I live 10 minutes away and everytime I decide to go over nights the entire crew is sitting outside the Taco Bell on the front steps. Usually smoking or charging phones all night. Then when I pull to the drive through they staff will say they don't have food to serve. I work nights so I frequent restaurants at night. The crew here is totally unprofessional and inconsiderate that people actually want to be served. I can't believe the night crew here has been getting away with this behavior for months. The staff definitely needs to be be looked into."
"The food is fine, it's Taco Bell. My problem is with the drive thru service, My order is usually 6-7 items for family dinner and I ask for a handful of sauce, most of the time I'll only get 4-5 packets of hot sauce. You should get at least one pack per item. Tonight I ordered six tacos and a burrito, and got 4 packs of hot sauce."
"Food was ok, but got our food wrong (ask for no sour cream, they put sour cream on it). Other than the occasional issue with messed up order, food gets done fast and the people aren't rude. They do need to work on how to use the headset microphones correctly."
"Ordered online, arrived, they had me confirm my order as correct, drove up to window, received my drink, then here came my food. Fast and friendly, especially the manager on duty. Very satisfied with the overall experience! Did the early access mexican pizza, it's good. I added lettuce and onions So I did the $2 burrito, but added the chicken taco.......mistake. 50/50 Seriously So tonight I decided to try the 7-layer nacho fries......pics tell all. Kinda wonder where's my guacamole? I don't care if I paid $0 or $10 for it. NOT HAPPY !!! !!!!!"
