Having said this I 100% support this establishment and ALL the staff that are employed here. On several occasions they have went the extra mile and continue to do so."
"Went on Thursday. Ordered kids meal..wanted to swap the fries for chili. Girl said yes. Turns out they can't substitute the chili. Asked for a refund. Was advised by Nathan that he "wasn't authorized" and I had to wait for Kim. Called Friday and left a voice-mail..it's Saturday and no call or refund. It's less than $6 but there are better places I would rather waste it"
"worst wendy’s in oklahoma. it was good when it first opened. the food is NEVER fresh & it tastes & looks like it’s been sitting out for a while. microwaved dino nuggets taste better."
"New store just opened. Still working the problems out. Too many staff but they were busy at 4 in afternoon. Too much meat, not enough lettuce, IMO. Food was fresh and hot and served up quick. Checkout was slow because staff is new, trying to figure out our coupons. AC about froze us out."
"Well staffed. Brand new store. They seemed well trained. Our food was hot and fresh. I'm so glad to have them in Glenpool! Good location easy parking. Also OUTDOOR seating!"
