"If I could give 0 stars I would. I showed up 45-30 mins prior to close on 2/6/24. They did not answer their drive through. We tried speaking up respectfully to get their attention and we heard the click of the mic turning off. I’ve worked fast food my whole life and would never imagine treating a customer this way. I called trying to see what the deal was. They answered me, hung up before a word could be said, and unplugged their phones. You take orders until your stores designated closing time not 30-45 mins prior. Dear manager, your night shifts behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I have understanding for the grueling nature of fast food but if you signed up for the job you signed up to take orders until your stores closing time. Not to mention the state of the food I’ve received in the past. Unacceptable, completely"

"We live right down the street from this KFC. Every time we go here they forget at least one part of our order, unless it’s just an order for 1 side of mashed potatoes. Tonight I placed an order for a 12 piece extra crispy bucket with 2 sides of mashed potatoes and 1 side of fries. My roommate gets here at pickup time and they forgot 1 side of fries and 1 side of mashed potatoes. Well apparently they were out of fries and had to make more. They give him the fries after several minutes and still don’t give him the mashed potatoes. He reminds them they also forgot the mashed potatoes. He finally gets home after 30 minutes and we realize our chicken is also wrong. They gave us original instead of crispy. Just frustrating our entire order was basically wrong and this happens every time we go there."

"Customer service was top notch! Young lady (Jade) at the register was very professional. However, the three adults with her was very weird! Rude! Spoke to her like a child. I’m not a fan of bullying. Seems as if better management may be needed… that or Jade may need to find better employment before she’s corrupted by their negativity"

"At October 1st at 1:18 I decided to go to KFC for lunch what I found was disappointing. When you go eat somewhere you expect a clean atmosphere. This is unacceptable when it comes to appearance, the lobby was the same way. I saw what was under the kitchen I seen chicken, food, sauces,drinks. I just want to let people know what horrible standards are when there is no supervision. My ticket number was #3041"

"Well first I'd suggest go through the drive thru, I normally like to go in places. But regretted this one. As I'm standing there waiting, drive thru took 4 orders that came after me. Watched a car come after me and leave before I'd even ordered yet. Got the extra crispy chicken that looked crispy but wasn't crispy. Was a more moist texture. Didn't get the 2 biscuits and got a second mashed potatoes instead of the mac and cheese. The best part of my meal was the coleslaw. Mashed potatoes and gravy honestly had a metallic like taste. Can't explain it, but it wasn't good. A coupon brought me in, but nothing else would again. Better chicken and service in town at other places."
