"Delivery through the store is absolutely terrible. Worst decision you could make. I think we all know this restaurant stays busy. I understand there is usually a 30 minute or longer wait. 2 hours for a delivery. Called several times. First time we were told it was ready and already given to a driver. Second time because it said it hadn’t been picked up, it had a new driver assigned and it wasn’t ready yet. No communication, no apologies, nothing. If it was stolen say that, if you were slammed and a bus full of people came in say that. You have the time to sit and be silent on the phone with me so either way you’re wasting your time if that was the concern. Terrible handling from the manager."

"Went there once and the food was pretty good that day. Went again tonight and waited over an hour for our food to be ready. Paid for the $4 large ranch and was given a few of their normal ranch cups which i didnt notice until i was home. The tenders were EXTREMELY greasy (im talking grease covering the entire bottom of the container). Made me want to vomit. Staff was very obnoxious being loud and cussing. As i was waiting all i heard was other people saying they were missing things from their orders. 0/10 go to a different location. Hopefully another one is better than this"

"Absolutely the worst service I have recieved in fast food... ever. I was really excited to try this place, as I had only had wing stop (albeit from a different location) one other time. So we go to order dine in, and there was already several people in the lobby waiting for food. The cashier tells me it would be about 35-40 minutes before we get our food, so I tell her that was OK because I could clearly tell they were slammed. I order my food, and checked my receipt, and it was time stamped at 5:45 pm. While I was waiting there were dozens of people that came in to pick up orders that had been ordered online, and also several door dashers to pick up orders. So I continue to wait patiently. Long story short, I didn't get my food till 7:00 pm. I had my two young children with me, so you can imagine how upset they were with having to wait for the food. Once I finally got my food, it was bagged up in a to-go bag. I asked why it wasn't prepared as dine in like I had ordered it, and the cashier responds with "we don't have time for dine in". Really? It takes more time to put it in a bag. Whatever. There was no apology for the wait. Employees just seemed to not care. While waiting, I spoke to several other customers waiting, and found out there was a lot of other orders that were over an hour waiting to be fulfilled. There was only one cashier going back and forth, the one young man bagging orders looked like he was high on weed (and was slurring his words). It was just overall a very unprofessional and poorly organized workplace. Don't get me wrong, the food was on point, once I finally got it. But don't tell me it will be 35-40 minutes of a wait, and then not fulfill my order for more than an hour and 15 minutes. That's a huge difference of more than double the amount of time. I would give this location less than 1 star if it were possible. I will never be back to this location."

"My niece, nephew & I walked to this Wingstop while waiting for my nephew's eyeglasses after his appntmnt across from there. We ordered lemon pepper chicken & spicy Korean, I think. We also tried the corn. The service was great. I believe they have a new manager now. We were pleased with everything."

"We went here about a year ago and loved the chicken, about 6 months ago we got an order of wings and they were okay, super oversauced but... okay. Today we got a email saying they had 99 cent delivery for the "big game". We have quit a bit going on today so we figured we would give them another shot. Joke was on us. We ordered 8 piece parm garlic bonless chicken wings, 8 piece lemon pepper boneless chicken wings and a 6 piece chicken tenders and fries. Food was delivered and we were missing the tenders totally, and you can see the size of the boneless chicken wings that were delivered. Only thing i could find to put on the plate for a size comparison was a box of matches. We called the wingstop to ask about the missing tenders and the lady that answered the phone was totally annoyed that we were on the phone apparently, we got disconnected and when my wife called back the same ray of sunshine answered the phone and told my wife, "well, what do you want me to do about it.." my wife asked if a manager was there and she said, "I dont know..." when asked is she could find out we have been on hold for 20+ minutes. (Still going on 30 minutes now, was only 21 when i took the photo). I dont complain much and you can look at my previous reviews, pretty easy to please... this is just silly, i will never spend another dime here... hope you have better luck than we have! EDIT: my wife was reLly annoyed and left tbe phone on hold while she drove up there to speak to the manager, she was face to face with the manager and still on hold, over one hour. The manager said she was going to remake the entire order instead of redunding the money. 10 minutes later they bring her 6 tenders.. Totally disgusted after speaking to the manager and giving them a chance to make it right. I don't know understand how she can watch a manager tell the team to remake the entire order, and then the same lady that was manning the front (and leaving my wife on hold) brings a box of tenders... Franchise owners, this was shameful. This store needs more training or a personelle overhaul."
