"I usually like sonic but there really going downhill.. tried ordering the trick or treat shake( still shows on there app) tried ordering in person they no longer have it. Which is ok. Then paid $30 for two drinks two sides and the two new garlic burger (two TINY pieces of burnt bacon and no garlic flavor just onion) and hickory burger (no sauce no flavor just straight normal burger for $10. Very disappointed in the food now."

"I waited for 40 minutes for my order of ice-cream for my 3 kids and a drink for myself. The ice-cream was melted by the time the car hop brought the order out and had too many orders on her tray. I have tried calling the store multiple times to complain but the phone just rings there is no answer. All around very disappointing sonic location."

"Had food delivered. Barely any sauce on the popcorn chicken as you can see in picture. Also ordered pretzel which was good. Got a sweet tea and it was unsweet so not best trip to sonic but this was also first time i ate at this location"

"Can't expect higher wages doing things like this. How do you mess this up? Literally three ingredients to fill the burrito. Tots were totally covered in encrusted in salt and pepper. And the coffee was mostly syrup. Hell the price isn't even the same on the menu vs the screen. Don't wast time with this location. *edit: I stand corrected. There were a total of two pieces of sausage for the entire burrito."
