"I went to the 240 location the first thing I said when they ask if they could take my order was can you make me a turkey and bacon sandwich with nothing else on it no veggies no sauce nothing but meat? She replied yes. The I ordered a turkey avocado no tomatoes on jalapeños bread. Both sandwiches were wrong. The 1st had cheese and a sauce on it and the other had bacon and tomatoes on it. I was not originally upset mistakes happen. However when I went in the Lady named Linda presumably the manager grab the sandwiches from and slams them down on the counter and starts yelling at me saying she heard me on the ear phones and I said .... I was so caught of guard I just started shaking and kind of stood there while she's yelling at me what I supposedly said she tells me the avocado and turkey comes with bacon. I pointed to the sign and read the ingredients to her and said I don't see bacon on there. She then grabs the sandwiches up walks over to the trash and slams them in the trash can. She proceeds to the back and is slamming things around making the new sandwiches. She had me so speechless at 1st when she was yelling at me what I supposedly said that I couldn't think but as I stood there waiting I thought about what happened and that's when I realized she was just bold face lying. It was then I remembered the 1st thing I said was can you make a med turkey and bacon sandwich with nothing else on it no veggies no sauce nothing but turkey and bacon. I became angry at that point and confronted her and said mam you bold faced lied about what I supposedly said. I told her I would be calling the manager. She remained confrontational and did not care. It was a horrifying experience and asham to pay 42.00 for our complete order and be treated the way she treated me."

"Not sure what happened today but an original turned into an original pile of garbage on the plate. Bread is soggy and the tomatoes are definitely not any good. One of them is greenish and very soft and some are yellow and soft. Both orders not prepared correctly. Is this really that hard of a job position in food??? As a chef I couldn’t imagine even McDonald’s making this big of a mistake in food prep."

"Our group liked our trip here so much that we ended up back here for the second time in two weeks. It's a good sandwich, with chips and unsweetened ice tea for me. I'll tell you that when it's fresh they have the best iced tea out there, unfortunately on this trip it was not fresh, so I ditched it for fountain lemonade. If you're into cinnamon rolls they usually have Cinnabon as well, but they were out of those on this trip. Still a great place for a fresh sandwich, and their salads are excellent here as well."

"We ordered a large turkey & avocado sandwich at the drive-thru. The sandwich was tasty enough. It didn't have as much avocado as we'd like but lots of mayo. :-\ Wish the Tuscan sandwich would be added back to the menu. The giant sandwiches are great for sharing. Four large quarters with each about the size of a small sandwich."
